WHAT WE BELIEVE
WE BELIEVE THE BIBLE IS THE INSPIRED INFALLIBLE WORD OF GOD..... (II Peter 1:21) "For prophecy came not in old times by the will of man, but Holy Men spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost."
WE BELIEVE THERE IS ONE GOD ETERNALLY EXISTENT IN THREE PERSONS: THE FATHER, THE SON, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT......
(I John 5:7) "For there are three that bear record in Heaven: The Father, The son, and the Holy Ghost, and these three are One."
WE BELIEVE IN THE DEITY OF THE SON OF GOD: WE BELIEVE IN HIS VIRGIN BIRTH, IN HIS SINLESS LIFE, IN HIS MIRACLES, IN HIS ATONING DEATH, IN HIS ASCENSION TO THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD, AND IN HIS SECOND COMING TO THE WORLD......(St. John 1:1) "In the beginning was The Word and The Word was with God and The Word was God."
WE BELIEVE WE ARE SAVED BY THE GRACE OF GOD......
(Ephesians 2:5) "Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, by Grace ye are saved."
WE BELIEVE ONE MUST ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPENT OF HIS SINS, ACCEPT JESUS AS HIS SAVIOR AND RECEIVE THE BAPTISM OF THE HOLY GHOST..... (I John 1:9) "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
(Acts 2:1 & 4) "And when the day of Pentecost was fully come they were all with one accord. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance."
WE BELIEVE IN CHRISTIAN TOLERANCE TO ALL DENOMINATIONS OF THE HISTORIC CHRISTIAN FAITH AND IN ESSENTIAL-UNITY, IN NON-ESSENTIAL LIBERTY, IN ALL THINGS CHARITY.......... (Ephesians 4:1-6) "I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called. With all lowliness and meekness, with long-suffering, forbearing one another in love; endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling. One Lord, one faith, one baptism. One God, and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all."
